Quality Administrator (full time)
Working within a friendly and busy team this role is pivotal to high quality patient care, working to a clear schedule you will be responsible for recalling patients for planned care, undertaking searches within our clinical database to ensure the patient care is of the expected standard and reporting on activity levels. A key responsibility is translating the staff rota onto the electronic appointment books on a weekly basis. Good attention to detail, methodical working and confidence in using IT are essential attributes. Full training will be provided - you bring a willingness to learn and enthusiasm! Administrator (part time)
You will provide administrative support to the practice manager across a variety of areas including human resources, training and development and the various routes for communication and feedback with those who use the service, including supporting the Patient Participation Group. Minuting weekly meetings and maintaining action logs is also an essential part of the role. You will be efficient, organised and know how to work with discretion.
This position is 22 hours each week. Whilst there is room for negotiation in working hours due to space restrictions whole sessions (i.e. all morning or all afternoon) are preferred, with all afternoon on a Friday essential. Deadline for applications: 29th August 2019

Document and Medical Records Assistant (full time)
This new full time position is expanding our Document Management and Medical Records Team, increasing the capacity of this department to provide support to our GPs. Working alongside colleagues this position helps review and action correspondence from other healthcare providers, ensuring GPs and others undertake required actions and ensuring all relevant information is stored in the electronic patient record. Supporting GPs in the completion of medical reports is also part of the role. The successful candidate will have good attention to detail, be able to work according to protocols, and enjoy working to a high level of accuracy. Deadline for applications: 3rd September 2019
