Andrew Holbrook, Head Physiotherapist at Tudor Physiotherapy Ltd will be offering appointments at Shipston-on-Stour on Wednesday afternoons / evening. This will run as a satellite to their existing clinics in Stratford upon Avon and the University of Warwick (see www.tudorphysiotherapy.com for details).
Andrew qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1995 with a first class honours degree. His initial work was with the NHS before taking on a full time role as Physiotherapist to Coventry City Football Club. Since leaving in 2003 Andrew has built a successful private practice, managing a team of five physiotherapists. Andrew continues to work with elite athletes and in 2014 was a physiotherapist working within the athlete’s village at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
Andrew is experienced in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of all musculo-skeletal and sports injuries and where relevant will provide biomechanical assessment to establish the root cause of injury and enable preventative measures to be implemented.
Andrew is a keen athlete himself having represented Great Britain as a high jumper and more recently has completed 16 marathons.
Patients can self-refer, although those using private medical insurance will usually require a GP referral (Tudor Physiotherapy is a registered provider with all major insurance companies).
