Appointments

We offer face to face appointments, telephonic consultations and advice via a triage process (accurx). Where possible we encourage patients to complete the triage form online. For those without online access reception will complete the same form on the patient’s behalf. The form is reviewed by a GP, who assesses the need and we will respond within 1 working day to offer you an appropriate service. Where available we will respond via text message or email.

The practice operates a 'duty doctor' system to ensure we always have adequate capacity to deal with patients who are acutely unwell and require medical attention the same day.
